SURVEY ABOUT MAINTENANCE OF YOUR APARTMENT AT 3003 VAN NESS
Some residents of 3003 Van Ness have reported problems in their apartments — e.g., leaking water, mold, problems with heat or hot water, smoke or other smells from other apartments, rodents, insects, etc. Because the tenants association has received so many complaints from tenants, we have decided to create an online survey where residents can describe their problems so we submit a formal report to Equity Residential management and to the DC Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA).
This survey is for all residents — whether you currently have problems with your apartment, you had problems but they’ve been solved, your problems are chronic, or you have no problems at all. If everything is OK with your apartment and you’re satisfied, it’s important for us to know that too.
It may help you solve your problems — When we submit the results of the survey to Equity Residential and to DCRA it may help you get the assistance you need.
It won’t take long — Most people will be able to fill the survey out in 5 minutes or less. It could take a bit longer for those who have had extensive problems, but it may save them time in the end by getting them help faster.
